Please note: This is NOT the same as the Thread called, "Diamond Membership". This Thread is for those who are not yet Diamond Members.

Do you feel the current requirements in order to be a Diamond Member is with reason? Should it be amended or made even harder to attain?

Status Diamond Getting

It seems to make sense to me. I don't think it's too easy or out of reach. If you're contributing solidly for such a length of time, I think you should get something special.

I do not believe that the status of Diamond member is too difficult to obtain nor do I think it should be made any more difficult. As a diamond member your status is shown as devoted to the community through time and effort but with the respect of looking at the climax of members having such a large range it would be hard to say that it should be made any more difficult to obtain. Looking at the donation page there are only a small handful of member that have reached this status as it is. I would hate to see it made any easier to obtain either however simply because the status would not mean nearly as much as it does now.

Offtopic but, But if you are looking to just hand out Diamond status be sure to keep me in mind.

I agree that the requirements are reasonable. The time requirement ensures that only a dedicated member will become a Diamond member. This would be needed, if they were to have their own forum.
