Somebody has a temper! Both employers were fired. This is unacceptable behavior in the workplace! They could have killed each other!

Some people just don't know how to behave and resolve differences. They both needed to be fired because the cook had no right whatsoever in hitting the woman. It reminds me a lot about how arguments are deal with in my home country.
