Patrol medieval
The Game Master says... A Battle Begins...
Klar stands ready, reaching him first are some wolves with a deadly look of kill, kill, kill in their eyes. Probably the trip has made them hungry, hungry for you.
The wolves, two large ones, manage to react first and bite at him, but they end up snapping air.
Klar uses his weapons in anger and kills one instantly, but the other takes less and fights on.
Kalfie is also greeted by two wolves and it is apparent now that all of you are out numbered. There are twice or more of them than there are of you.
This does not matter to Kalfie, his two handed sword does it's job well, better than expected in fact, two wolves now lay at his feet cut in two, their blood oozing out at his feet.
Beowulf is not as successful, it seems like he still under the aura of a deep sleep and though he reacts with a couple of swings it merely keeps the wolves back.
Kursten is using a sling from the protection of the wagon, at least for now. She tries to hit one of the riders coming behind the wolves.
She is rather successful, but her little stones do little to thwart her enemy, if anything they make the focus of her and the wagon paramount.
The rider shoots an arrow in her direction, it hits with accuracy and inflicts more than she can take, she slumps on the wooden coffin she has been driving all this time.
GM: Kursten is dead.
Round Two Begins...
By this time you are totally surrounded and have no choice but to fight to the death. It seems these riders are very familiar with you and intend on not allowing you to leave here tonight.
Klar takes on his wounded wolf and a raider now who fights on his horse, this makes things difficult as he is being attacked from below and above... these riders planned well.
Klar uses his weapons in fury and misses, so to do both his opponents.
Kalfie, having made his wolves look as no challenge is greeted by two raiders, their heads end up lying on the ground after a leap and swing which dazzles the best of them. Kalfie is not
playing games with these riders.
Beowulf, a strong warrior makes death welcome his enemies, but his success comes ill as the same rider that leaps on him and his sword has also caught his throat, Beowulf slums with a gasp.
GM: Beowulf is dead.
Round Three Begins...
Two riders were checking out the wagon after killing Kursten, but now they have centered their attention around you, the last two.
Kalfie battles, so do his opponents, but neither of you make contact with the flesh.
Klar misses completely and does little good in this round, but not so for his opponents... they take him down with revenge as they hack into him sending his lifeless body to the ground. Like wolves themseleves they immediately start going trhough his body looking for what their 'prize' might give them.
GM: Klar is dead.
Round Four Begins...
Kalfie, now surrounded spins around to see his demise, at the moment he faces four riders on horseback while two are on the ground rummaging through Klar's body.
Neither of you make flesh contact and you each parry.
Round Five
Kalfie exerts more of his inner strength as his need for survival is apparent. He slices two riders and they fall to the ground. The remaining riders look shocked at this and begin to turn their horses and head back from whence they came.
The two rummaging jump on their horses and do likewise.
Kalfie looks around him... the HORROR of the night is apparent as he tries to catch his breath.
GM: Say what you will do now. The others are dead, so you need only post Party Order to say what your character will do from this point. I have updated Party Stats offline only.
