I am always swamped, that never changes. I am only waiting on his roll to continue the story, but since he did not get in touch with me he will just lose RPGer status and then we continue. I will send an Email and see if I will get a response today, if not I will continue.
Kalfie seeing his prey flee is grateful irked at the turn of events he grabs the first horse he can that has arrow and quiver on it and gives chase. The heavy horse being his preference.
If he has a chance he will shoot arrows in their backs, he fully intends on down at least two more.
The chase will go til his steed tells him he is half spent and in need of a hasty return for a fresh mounts and to tend to the dead.
He will leave so as to ensure no traps he is hitting.
If all can be taken down it will be done, but if their lead too great he will seek the safety of the village with all he can pilfer from the dead. Especially the horses, weapons and wagon.
Roll 'Awake'. The die is 20 so we will rate this as a percentile 20*5=100%.
Therefore there is a 50/50 chance you can catch them as they also have good horses. However it is dark so we will give a modifier of -25%. So you only have a 25% chance of catching up to them.
Multiply your result by 5 and then post based on that A roll UNDER 26% is positive.
rolled 7*5=35
Seen their dust and unable to follow, kalfie returns to the wagon and hitch it up and loads the bodies onto the wagon.
He leaves the thieves dead where they lie but takes their weapons and such and places them in the wagon.
Any gold from Klar and Krusten is salvaged as is the armor, Beowolfs personal belonging are placed with him and he will be returned to his bride.
Cart loaded Kalfie Ties all lone horses to it and drives the wagon towards town, if the farmers place is closest he shall go there to bury the dead.
Once done he will return to town and sell what he can, the horses he will keep the best to ride and stable the rest with the farmer as store the wagon there as well if he can.
