If more information is what you seek read the other adventures. It is imperative as you can see just how close and what chased people or what they encountered and it is all knowledge that we have access to. Going to town it is all we will find out. ZIf we go to far city perhaps we can get better info.

We only went back to camp as time is short. If you go in far enough into deaths mouth (under the half mile mark) and start snooping they will charge us out the front door. You read the other adventures and tell me how many you think will come to say hi.

If they see us often enough the will come to lay but in the night not as warriors in the day. Then Klars plan will work. It also lets us keep an eye for that supply train. Unless you spend hordes of gold in the inn no information will be had.

What lies there is relatively unknown.

We have to make a majority decision here do we head into the mouth (perhaps with a fortified wagon) or head to east city looking for information (if so what information is gong to help?). we are not going to find out about a secret path there I ma sure. We might find out how often the supply is run out and how much then from that a guess as to how many are in there at best. I think we are better armored then them and likely neath the same experience. Number I suspect 3 to one max 5 to one.

I no chance of a surprise attack but we can look more for a way around or into that mountain. The wagon path might be a red herring but I think it is our clue for the next move.

Patrol Camp

Since they most often come out by night, early night at that, with wolves we need to make sure we have some traps ready to spring on them. If we get rid of their dogs then we may be able to get in closer at night and rig up something to help us. We need to get some of them out here to attack us so we can see more of what we are dealing with. If we can kill them we can see how well they are eating and how well armoured they are. I believe they are just common thieves nothing special. They just have superior numbers right now. Whether they are three or five to each one of us now we can even the odds if we hurt or kill a few of them.

I say we stay put here and see what happens in the next couple days.

I could take the heavy horse and bring our an entourage when required.

Ok so we dig in here on the south end of the tree line close to the wagon path. I9? I think JB said. Perhaps I could try some hunting in the area also.

Seeing no obvious way in the group decides to trench in and see if a supply wagon passes on the way in or back to the Deaths mouth.

The camp to be set on the south reach of the trees close to the well worn wagon trail.

Krusten Klar and Beowolf are going to dig pits for wolf/ man traps with spikes in the bottom and set other traps about the perimeter of the camp site which would dislodge riders or hit a walking man in the head.

A marked safe route to the north will be marked by stones in such as manner as only the group would realize their true purpose.

Kalfie will go and set small game traps and see if any fish can be had in the small streams. Once completed he will return to the camp.

(Once camp preparations are done the group will head to the west side of the deaths mouth and explore going west till such a time as the can return to camp and be set and ready for evening. )

(They explore the area they are in to see if ant other sign of passage can be found or any hideaways.)

Or

(The group content with they handy work decide to make use of 2 of the chickens that Klar has and make some food that is hot to eat. Knowing the birds remans will atract un wanted guests they kill an dcook the birds North of the main camp site. Once completed they will settle in for the night.)

Let me know where you wish to have your character set about the camp site for the night also please. Kalfie is going to take to dig a slight bunker and lay in it for the watch. I suggest all who are not awake sleep in the wagon.

Also do we wish to attempt any wagon modifications. Keeping in mind we still have to pull it by one horse.

We are going to do what I think we should have done in the beginning. We are going to dig in and get ready to take a few of them out. Start making it better odds for us to win against them.
