I agree we need to look in the mouth sooner or later to see what we can find out. Having a trap laid out for them if they chase whomever goes in there out is a good way to thin them out. We need to rid this area of this vermin.

I'm thinking that we look like we are lost so instead of trying to take on an army lets look for someone that can give us the information we need. OR... I have a great idea! Why dont we enter the mouth by night!

How will they kill us if they can't see us? Its not like a camp fire going where we are all just sitting around waiting for something to come.

I think a wagon will stand out at night and even if it's not seen it will be heard. Doesn't this place have two moons too? Everything will be lighted enough for us to see.

I am not sure I want to go stumbling around a pass in the mountains at night. While we are looking for a hand hold we may just find the jaws of a waiting wolf. There is a reason they have the wolves with them. I bet they watch the pass during the night. This way none enter or pass through that they do not know about. It was a idea to me too. Then I remembered the wolves.
