What is your opinion on Cumuto/Manzanilla MP and former Minister in the Office of the Prime Minister Collin Partap as a Minister in the Ministry of National Security, replacing Subhas Panday.
Mr. Partap was a junior Minister in the Ministry of National Security but has since been fired from that position by the Hon. Min. Jack Warner after learning about him refusing to take a breathalyzer test from the police outside the Zen Nightclub and wasting police time.
Why didn't the police officers on the scene charge him when he refused? Were they afraid because they realized who it was or was it something else, all so suspicious to me.

Comments: What was a married politician, in his early 40, doing nightclubbing anyways? Where is his wife? As a serious and very talented politician and a MARRIED one, he should have known better than [allegedly] go drinking, without his wife, in a nightclub, where teenagers and 20 somethings hang out.
Let's remember that the whole disclosure of what he was doing there as well as to if he was "Drunk" is yet to be determined. For instance he could have been on some assignment as comical as that may sound. Anyway, as his case goes to court I am sure we will find out.

Comments: I heard he may face up to 4 years in prison if he is convicted, I'm confused to as to how our laws are that severe just for refusing to take a Breathalyzer test. Isn't [it] possible [a] 4 year sentence [is] a little too high for such an "Offense"?
