Just wondering if the HDC projects will come to a stop because of this newly appointed chairman? One of the first issues he will have to deal with is whether or not he will approve the extension of a lease on a Range Rover for Roodal Moonilal. They're $289,800 a year for the lease of this vehicle (A monthly bill of $24,150 for the vehicle, and the total lease agreement for the three-year period is $869,400). I know, ridiculous.

Rabindra Moonan was on TV6 today defending his new position and appointment at an HDC ceremony, so it seems that he is already on the job without any of the fanfare that is usually associated with these things.

JB, yes I saw that. I also read in the newspapers that he doesn't want the Media to put his picture everywhere because he doesn't want to be bombarded by people for a house. Imagine starting a new office already and not wanting to hear the plea from desesperate citizens. Disappointing to say the least.
