Hernia Surgery

I had hernia surgery about 10 months ago. I am no longer in constant pain but when I exercise to much I hurt for a few days. I love physical fitness and exercise is a big part of my life. Is there anyone out there who knows if you ever fully recover to a point when you can exercise without fear?

Surgery Hernia

That's an interesting question. I know several people that went through hernia surgeries and all of them claimed that they still feeling some sort of discomfort (even years after the procedure). I am not sure if it applies to all cases, nevertheless I think is imperative to ask your doctor about it and whether he/she thinks he can recommend you to exercise at this point of time. Maybe you're exercising a bit too much?
