The Willowbrook man, who was accused of sexually abusing two children, pleaded guilty to one count of felony sex abuse.
Claude Neufeld began abusing the victims when they were 8-years-old, court documents said.
The incidents occurred at the Chabad Lubavitch of Staten Island, according to court documents and a police report.
Court records said that Neufeld abused a boy four times between December 1, 2009, and December 1, 2010, the child was 8 and 9-years-old when the alleged events occurred.
He was also accused of sexually assaulting a different victim 10 times in the center between January 14, 2011, and September 21, 2012. Source 6

I'm trying hard to understand why he got such a lenient sentence taking into consideration that in one occasion he abused a boy at least 10 times! How in the world is this possible?
