Well, here we are in September with a big kick off on RPGs. We would like to welcome one of our newest Members: Blackheart. She is from Portugal and has brought a new kind of RPG to the Forum called, "Share Book RPG". Basically, she will run the adventure as GM with what is text written from a book, at the end of each of her posts she will give an option. Anyone can participate in this - you do NOT need to have RPGer status to participate and the rules are super easy!

Be sure to get the jump start on our regular monthly RPGs: Emperor of Asia just started and soon to end are Jerusalem Conquest and Future Terra. Recently, these RPGs have been updated and fixes made. Make sure you check out the relevant Boards to know what is going on. Start HERE.

WHERE DO I FIND?
Lost? I am still amazed that many Members just
cannot find their way around the Forum, so I created
this little 1-2-3 item list below:
1. At the very top in every Skin you will notice that
there are some drop down menus divided into THREE
sections. The first one is "Main Options". You can
select one of these by clicking on the little arrow and
a list of options will be displayed. Select one by clicking
on it and then pressing the "<-- Go" button to the right.
This will then take you to that page / option.
You have two more menu options: "The Fun Stuff"
which lists games you can play and RPGs you can
participate in. Then there is the "Upgraded Member
Options" which of course is the options available
for Upgraded Members.
2. To know which options you CAN and CANNOT
use simply view the Compare Page which is located
at: https://www.bordeglobal.com/foruminv/index....ingle&f=Compare
This also tells you which Boards you can see and
your account limitations.
3. The Site Map. This displays all the available Boards
in the Community whether you can view them or not. The
Site Map link is always on the top of EVERY page just
under the drop down menu I already mentioned above.
If you want to find a Board simply use the Site Map or
the Main Index of Boards:

Lastly, if you find that you try to access something and
cannot then actually read why you cannot. Some people
write Emails to me saying the "Watchdog said I cannot",
but they do not read the REASON, so instead they write
me. A lot of the times Members try to access features
that are meant ONLY for those who have Upgraded. If you
wish to Upgrade then all we ask is a megar donation.

On the Plain Skin I added two special 'features':
1. When you click on a link to see a Topic there
will be a yellow bar that says "Loading..."
and then the name of the Topic that is being loaded
will show BEFORE the actual page is shown.
The reason I added this is because Internet Explorer
does not load parts of the page gradually like
Fire Fox or Opera, but instead waits for the whole
page to be loaded before showing it. This may
give a new person the impression that there is nothing
to see.
2. Links have a line underneath it so they are
easy to see. This has also been done with the
Medieval Skin.
