Fair puts on some clothes and heads to the market. She is happy to see some of the villagers again after long time away training the horses.
"Can I have one of those and two of these please" She says while picking out stuff from the table with fruits and vegetables.
When her basket is full and she is happy that her needs for a meal is now met she returns home to make a nice soup together with herbs from the garden.
Peeling potatoes was not something she really liked to do but when she was young her mother forced her to eat the skin and she disliked it so much she promised never to eat them again. She puts on a pot to get it hot.
In her garden are some fresh herbs, she picks them from the ground and washes out the dirt. After chopping them up she puts it in the pot.
She stirs the pot slowly making sure all of it mixes well. She puts on a lid and then begins to fix her little home as it simmers.
When its time she takes the pot off to cool outside while allowing her small fire to warm her home. The only thing she misses is some freshly baked bread but she is too tired to make or to go out and get, besides there wasn't a dedicated baker in the village yet.
"Maybe the innkeeper has bread to spare since he has to stock a lot of food for his customers maybe he bakes his own." Fair wipes her hands and trots over to the inn to see what she can get.
