Comments: Even though eye surgery can be risky should the risk offset blatantly bad work that leaves the patient blind?

Question Malpractice Ophthalmology

This is a very hard question to answer. I don't know, it is a very personal decision but if the person is already blind what is there to lose if another surgery is needed?
