Yes! It is good to see these kinds of filthy games given a lot of difficulty. I won't go into what I have said in the 'Violence & Sex in Video Games' thread, but I will say that such garbage should be trashed and laws made to stop its prolification.

Wow, very strong words about a game. Unfortunately, I couldn't disagree more. I don't think this type of lawsuit is necessary. Its rated for adults and it is required to show ID to get this game if you are under age. The "pornographic" material that shows "nudity" is a ridiculous claim. The same "pornographic" material exists in the Sims game as well. The crack in Sims shows "nudity" for all the characters and even shows sex. But the "nudity" is so lame as to be laughable. Its not showing genitals, there is nothing there, just a blank space instead of a blur. Its not even animated nudity, its none existent blank spaces instead of blurs and the "sex scene" is so laughable as to be the object of ridicule from gamers. Making this out to be some disgusting porn filled game is not even taken seriously by gamers who have seen it. Besides, they need to sue the maker of the popular all ages game Sims due to the exact same crack feature that no one seems to care about. What they are really upset about is the violence. I have the game, it is violence, it is realistic, it is for adults only. But that is not what the lawsuit is about, and that is not a valid claim for this lawsuit. And yes, I have cracked it and seen it, it really does not show anything but a blank patch.

JB They are quite strong feeling I see from you here, does that mean also that you are as strongly against any 18 certificate Film? and think that they should be band also, it they contain shootings of violence?

The game itself is a true representation of a made up story which is what it is, a game, Now in my view there are hundreds of games out there that are on a par violence wise with the GTA series, yet these dont get a mention because they are fantasy worlds or set in the future.

Karniest, like I said in my quote, the topic has been and is being discussed in this thread: Violence & Sex in Video Games. Have a good read and continue it there if you like.

Comments: Can GTA San Andreas handle well on an old system running XP and 1GB ram? I think the CPU is like around 1.7Ghz.
