It's nice to know that he made some changes in lifestyle after his students showed concern for his health and well being. I like the approach of not wondering so much about what the scale says but more about sugar and fat intake.

It's good that he now has [exercise] as well, you can eat well and still not be as healthy as you would like without [exercise]. [Exercise] not only helps burn calories but also helps to build muscle and increase energy.
