Tofu In Sweet & Sour Sauce With Garlic
Usually once a week when I have to do the family shopping I treat myself to a Chinese meal consisting of: Tofu in sweet & sour sauce (Or black bean) with garlic, chunky vegetables and fried rice. The place is located in POS, good service and the portion is unbelievable - the plate in the photo is considered small but it can feed 2 people! This is how it looks, delight some isn't it?

That is because you love dead animals, but I don't know why it should be so foreign to you since you used to eat it often before. The way these people stir fry the tofu is absolutely delicious.
Tofuturkey? Don't do it JB! That's an abomination! (laugh) Just joking (More or less). The dish looks good. My only fear is: isn't that much more sweet than sour or chinese food there is adapted to meet the local taste (Here they would put so much soy sauce that you would be ready for a dentist after eating that)?
I usually eat it with black bean sauce which is very healthy because of the natural occurrence of amino acids and other beneficial components but sometimes for a change I do choose sweet and sour. The restaurant does not soak it with sugar so the sweetness is mild and not like a sugar rush.
