Talking Excites Me Is This A Problem?

Comments: When someone brings up a topic I like I just can't stop talking... I go on and on about it like if I'm on a high and it takes me awhile to calm down. When the topic doesn't interest me I just don't say much or stay quiet so it surprises most people when I suddenly start talking a lot. Is there a medical term for this?
