Tracy Kidder was a very diverse writer and had many different interests. His works go from the profile of a farmer to his actual experiences during fifth grade. His works have not gone unnotice however, he has won a Pulitzer, a National Book Society award, and the Robert Kennedy book award. Kidder knew early on that he was going to be a writer. In fact, everything that he did from grade school on was working towards being a writer. He definitely created his own future, and pushed to reach the goals he had in his life of being an award winning writer.
