Either Ubisoft is running out of ideas or they were so busy working on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles video game they didn't realize they plagiarized their own material.

I noticed that Teenage Ninja Turtles is getting less popular than the old days when the idea came up. But now, this company who made this game should move on now by making a new game out of another idea instead of using the same one.
