Cecil Maxman, of Kelly Village, Caroni, appeared before Magistrate Gillian Scotland in the Chaguanas Magistrates" Court.
The Baptist pastor was not called upon to enter a plea on the charges that between July 12 and 17 this year, he committed an act of grievous sexual assault and indecently assaulted the girl.
The charges were laid by Constable Ann Marie Singh.
Maxman was unrepresented by counsel yesterday. Source 6
