AFP - The culling of some 140 kangaroos on one of Australia's most famous race car tracks prompted outrage Friday from environmentalists and animal rights activists.

Unlike other four legged mammals, kangaroos cannot walk backwards
A group of kangaroos is called a mob. There is a certain species of kangaroo that is only 2.5 centimeters long when it is born.
My understanding is: Neither
They're not timid, and they're generally fairly peaceful.
However, they can become quite aggressive if messed with, and like most animal species, their idea of being messed with and ours don't always coincide.
A big male like that in particular, if inclined to think that someone's a threat to their dominant status, may attempt to assert himself in the pecking order.
