Have you ever seen a very strange transaction through? For instance a buyer wants to have a priest tell him wether to buy the home or a potential buyer has a heart attack and dies before the purchase could be completed?

When we bought our first home, the housing market was like a 'rat race', for every house we went to view, the agents had also sent 30 or 40 other people to queue up to view.
Then it was first in to see first in with a choice to place a bid.The rest of the viewers had to race back to the agents to get information on the next house, dash round there before the crowds of viewers arrived.
After viewing about 40 houses in this way, and not even getting a proper look in, we were fortunate to be the first on the scene to view this particular house.We literally ran round the house as fast as we could, and then the agent gave us 3 minutes to decide whether we were buying or not, and even set a stop watch!
Fortunately the housing market is no longer like this, and when we think back to how crazy it was then, we have a good laugh about it.
