Truth Will Prevail - Mormon UK Pageant
The United Kingdom is to play host to a new pageant of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints titled "The British Pageant: Truth Will Prevail." The British pageant will follow a similar format to the Nauvoo, Ill., Pageant and the Mormon Miracle Pageant in Manti, but will focus on the history of the LDS Church in the British Isles, written and performed by members from around the United Kingdom. Pageant UK Mormon Prevail Truth
A celebration to mark the 175th anniversary of the Church of Latter-day Saints in the British Isles is a sell-out.
Around 15,000 tickets have been sold for the event at the Mormon Temple in Chorley, starting tomorrow. However, organisers say there are still a few tickets left for each night due to returns, or some people have now become involved in the pageant and therefore will be going along to watch it. Ref.
