The reported win gives Rouhani a second four-year term to see out his agenda calling for greater freedoms and outreach to the wider world. Yeah, it isn't hard to allow greate freedoms when you start at near zero. And along with 'reaching out to the wider world' they are also exporting terrorism and trying to dominate their neighbors. Iran is not a good country.
