I read in the Express that the baby was reunited with her mother, after an anonymous tip said the male relative and the social worker were being interviewed somewhere in San Fernando. I was surprised the mom took 22 days to come to the media about it! Apparently, the man is a police officer but he abandoned his job. Let's see if charges will be filed.
