STAPH BUG MAY BE DEADLIER THAN AIDS

It now appears a dangerous type of staph infection is probably killing more Americans each year than AIDS.

Bug Staph

When I see reports like this first I think well yes aids once contracted is deadly but how often is this happening and second once contracted how many die from it. Please keep in mind from smoking 440,000 die in the states each year. This is from cancer and smoking related disease. The new issue here look like about 96000 annually. The flu kills 63,729 annually based on 2000 stats and was 7the leading cause.

I guess this new problem might be more significant then I first thought considering I would expect the number to vastly increase as more strands develope from the original batch. My suggestion people eat more dirt stop using anti viral every thing and just get your body used to a bit more filth. Build your immune system in other words as we are in for a rough road in the future and the ones that live in a too sterile environment will be first on the list to go.

10 men contract staph infections in NY

Nine athletes and a coach at Iona College contracted an antibiotic-resistant staph infection, which has spread through schools nationwide, health officials said Friday.
