I love kids, but at the same time I see parents allowing their children to do whatever they want, make a mess and then just leave. It is NOT fair. If your child is making a mess, either stop it or clean it but do not expect to be justified for your behavior.

I want to know a couple of things --

Why do we care she's a military wife. That has zero to do that her children being ridiculously messy.

Should the shop owner have posted a photo of the floor and her on Facebook? Probably not. But for crying out loud the shop owner posted a photo of the FLOOR. Not of her.

I am a firm believer in a business owner refusing the right to refuse service to anyone.

The least this mother could have done was offer to help vacuum the carpet.

Still chaps my hide that she pulled the "I'm a military mom with a husband serving overseas and I alone with kids" Lots of single mothers who don't have a dad or a partner in the scene go out daily with their kids and who don't trash places. So cry me a river.
