Some people believe that being a Mason is more attached to the occult and devil worship even though one of the entry requirements is based upon the individual being a Christian. Now this thread is not about being a Mason (there is another thread for that), this ia about - Ex-Masons for Jesus, an organization with a focus on letting everyone know that the practise of being a Mason is not Christian.

I followed the link back, because it sounded familiar. This is another of Ed Decker's organizations dedicated to lies and distortions. It links to anti-"cult" groups, including various anti-Mormon, anti-Catholic, anti-JW organizations.
Masons are not christians, neither are they islamic, jewish, buddist or any other religion. Mason accept all religions, as a matter of fact religion and politics are not to be spoken about in lodge. I hope people who look to join masonry are not looking for a religous group, because they will be disappointed. I do not want to start a argument about what masonry is or is not, but there seems to be a misunderstanding about what masonry is about. If people have questions I am more than willing to answer them to the best of my ability.
Ramer, I think the assertion being made is that if you are a Mason you can't be a Christian. So, they aren't necessarily saying that Mason's are a christian religion, but that if one chooses to be a Mason, they cannot truly be Christian.
Are you a Mason?
My husband is a Mason, and his father is a Mason. So, I know a little bit about this. I do know that it doesn't denote that Masons be of any specific religion, but that they believe in a higher power. I don't know much more about it, because women are not allowed, however I have done some research on that as well and believe it or not there are countries that are now allowing women to be masonic.
