First thought would be: Wow they are hiring some attractive women at the plant lately! Ummm...why are you wearing a bathing suit to work? Then I would probably tell her something like she is very attractive and could probably have a date from any single guy in the factory, but sorry I am married.

Later, I would probably be asking myself why this never happened to me before I got married.

Regardless it would be the same answer as what I put on the part two to this question. Although I would think that my self esteem would of risen quite a bit.
