I have to admit that this is probably not the best time to be initiating work in the nuclear program when the current administration is so concerned about other countries and their nuclear programs activity. I don't have a problem with the US advancing their program (although it seems contrary to the non-proliferation treaty) but my fear is that the timing for this is all wrong.
