Robben was stepped on and even though he could have probably ran through it, he decided to take the foul instead and earn the penalty which won them the game. Marquez should not have been trying to tackle that deep inside his own penalty area, and in the end the mistake cost his team the game.
I know a lot of folks who do not follow football in general are quick to say that there is a lot of flopping in the game, but inherently, it is part of the game, and if you are fouled, it is to your team's advantage to earn the free kick.
