Worker goes to court after backing city dump truck into his own car
ODI, Calif. - When a dump truck backed into Curtis Gokey's car, he decided to sue the city for damages. Only thing is, he was the one driving the dump truck. But that minor detail didn't stop Gokey, a Lodi city employee, from filing a $3,600 claim for the December accident, even after admitting the crash was his fault.

You know, it's stories like these that really make me upset about how frivolous some people can be here in the US. This is why the world sees us as sue-hungry, because it seems like we look for every opportunity to sue someone and make a quick buck. I hope the city sues this guy for fraud, or defamation of character, because he really is a moron (and his wife too!)
