Extreme Makeover Weightloss Edition

This is one of my favorite TV shows because it is truly inspiring. Seeing morbidly obese people changing their lives and losing their weight during one year is very inspirational. The host and trainer, Chris Powell seems like a really nice and down to earth man who seem to care a lot about each individual. Meet for instance, Mike Epstein whose starting weight was 417lbs and by the end of the program in one's year time ended up weighing 196lbs. Love this show and the transformation.
