Fashion Curacao

This picture seems more like a picture a parent would have hanging on the wall after Homecoming. I really have to appreciate the texture in the color of this dress yet it is not a truly formal dress by no means. Again I am fond of the open shoulders and with even a more conservative look this one actually have an inclosed front which gives it a sense of class.

*I do like the necklace attachment that holds it around her neck.

It looks like a prom-picture. The dress may be nice but I do not think may have been the right choice for a Miss Universe Competition. You want to look elegant ands classy, not like a 16 years old teen.
