Vincent Lambert, a tetraplegic patient who has been in a state of minimal consciousness in hospital for six years following a car accident, is current receiving food and water via a feeding tube. According to online statistics, it is estimated that France has 17.7 suicides per 100k! That makes France ranked 17th on the global suicidal rates. I don't understand why there aren't enough measures put in place to reduce this, not to mention the issues with handling pro-life.
