Right now...
Pink shirts are still in for guys (t-shirts & formal shirts) but I haven't seen pink jumpers around in quite a while. Tweed is also growing in popularity (especially int he city centres, preppy university types etc...) however it's tweed with a smart shirt, jeans, and leather shoes/leather trainers rather than formal trousers. Also long dark coats are looking quite cool, plus beanie hats... all the rage.
For girls, gypsie skirts are out(ish), its just trendy ripped (designer) jeans and coloured shirts in winter, and bright summery dresses whenever the sun is out.
That's about the low down apart from the CBD on a Saturday night when moral standards slip and there doesn't appear to be a dress code; in fact there doesn't appear to be much dressing.
