I have used PAM on squeaky doors, and it works marvelously. You can't smell it, either, which is an added bonus.

What is the best thing to use to prevent Squeaky Doors?

WD-40 works best for me. I use it for squeaky bedroom doors, cabinet doors, you name it. It doesn't even take a lot to get rid of the squeak; one squirt should be enough.
