Here we go again...
For those of you who may not have heard, there has been another hurricane heading towards the Gulf of Mexico. Hurrican Wilma, which was a catagory 1 not too long ago has now become a catagory 5 with winds 175 mph winds. The Florida Keys are already evacuating, and Mexico and Cuba have already been experiencing mad rain from it. Ten people died in Haiti yesterday or the day before because of the rain causing mud slides.

Another hurricane! I have friends in Florida that are evacuating tommorrow after they go to the football game. They are seriously considering moving because this is the third evacuation this year. This one is supposed to hit Miami dead on, I hope not, so many people.
At this point, I am not even sure what to think. I guess it's becoming such a routine in life that it's becoming annoying. I feel numb in the beginning, but after it happens, I have such a burden for these people who have lost everything. At least this time our school was cancelled. When Katrina hit, we were out of school, and it was kind of a waste of day. Our college was the only school in the whole county out. But, I just hope that these people don't take it for granted.
I was wondering if anyone here noticed the '2' in the eye of Hurricane Wilma?
LEE COUNTY- While watching NBC2 coverage of Hurricane Wilma about two dozen residents called the station reporting an unusual sighting. While watching a Doppler loop of Hurricane Wilma coming ashore, a number two appeared in the eye of the storm.
In going back through the recorded Doppler loop, we found exactly what viewers were talking about.
NOTE: For the doubters out there, NOAA also picked up this image, though it's not as clear.
