I read the article and there wasn't anything definite that stated moderate drinking was bad. They just based their statement on the skewing of the tests that were ran between moderate and heavy drinkers. I guess the moral of the story is 'Don't drink moderately thinking that it will keep you healthy'. I myself, am a very light drinker, and only have a beer or two at social occasions. I won't be changing my drinking habits because I feel it will make me healthier.
