SEATTLE GUNMAN WAS 'VERY POLITE'
A man suspected of killing six young people at a house party before he turned the gun on himself was described as respectful and polite by an apartment manager.

This really makes you wonder what would make someone who is polite and seemingly peaceful to snap and engage in such an act. The rave was a zombie rave, and people were in costume. Maybe this is what triggered the assailant. Maybe seeing all these people like this tripped some distant memory of a bad Halloween experience. It really makes you wonder.
