Commissioner Marc Sarnoff hired a law firm to arrest anyone who blocks a sidewalk, cooks a meal in a public area with a fire, or even homeless people eating etc. He seems to be targeting specifically to homeless people. He describes them as a "Chronic problem". I would like to know what is the city of Miami doing to reduce the amount of people living in the streets? Why is he not asking for more funding instead of wanting to put them in jail?
