Imagine that you're shopping at Walmart and using your phone, when suddenly you feel this warm thing on your legs, and then you realize that it is semen!

Frank J. Short Jr., 22, was arrested at a Walmart in New Castle, Delaware.
He was accused of offensive contact with body fluid, harassment, lewdness, and disorderly conduct after he allegedly threw a body fluid at a woman in Walmart. The incident occurred at 3:30 p.m.
According to investigators, the victim, a 20-year-old woman, was standing in an aisle using her cell phone, Suddenly, she felt something drop onto her leg. She saw Short walking next to her when she felt the liquid dripping down her leg.
At first, the victim thought that he spat and it mistakenly fell on her, but when she looked at her leg she saw a glob of semen on her leg just below the knee," According to the police report.
