Soldiers & Spice - Synthetic Cannabis

The drug Spice ( Synthetic Cannabis ) is becoming a popular drug in the military. It's marketed as a herbal incense and does not produce a positive result in drug test for cannabis. Which is why it has become a such a popular drug in the military. Just recently, it was made illegal to purchase in Killeen, Texas. This drug could be purchased in the 7 /11 stores in the city of Killeen. It just amazes me on what people will do to get a high. Soldiers are even snorting Ivory White fabric softner. ( Synthetic Cocaine ) Have any of you heard about this ? It is a growing problem in the military at the moment.
