Public transportation in New York will shut down and only emergency vehicles will be allowed on the roads in 13 counties -- and on the streets of New York City -- as of 11 p.m., said Gov. Andrew Cuomo.
The governors of Connecticut and Massachusetts also put travel bans in place ahead of what officials say is a blizzard of historic proportions. NJ Transit said its last trains and buses will leave their points of origin at 8 p.m. Ref. CNN

She definitely has issues. Trying to run down cops? My goodness why are such people allowed to be on the roads!
QUOTE NORTH LINDENHURST -- A Long Island woman accused of trying to run over police officers after being stopped for a traffic violation was arrested. Suffolk County police say Mary Quinn was pulled over in Deer Park at 5 p.m. Monday. After the officer spoke to her, police say she fled and headed south on Route 231. During the pursuit, police say she intentionally struck four police vehicles and attempted to run over several officers on foot. She was eventually stopped in North Lindenhurst.... Source 7l
