ADHD or ADD?

I tried to research about it, but I could not find enough information. Based on my experience as a teacher, I would say ADD is more common than ADHD. There are a growing number of kids specially who are consider as "distractive" "lazy" "they do not want to do work" that they suffer of ADD. I see both on my job but more commonly ADD.
