Obviously the teacher in question did not understand what she can or cannot do. They cannot promote religion but at the same time they cannot forbid a student to express their religious beliefs, she was wrong.

I don't like when teachers try to set limits on children's minds. They need to allow them to be free and creative to say what they are thinking and not what the teacher wants them to think otherwise we may as well put a Nazi armband around their arms as they enter the class room.
