Camilla Kimball
Camilla Kimball, the wife of Pres. Spencer W. Kimball, former Prophet of the Church was born in Colonia Juarez, Mexico. Much of the history covering Pres. Kimball shows she was very supportive of him especially through the long hours of Spencer's callings as Clerk before he became Prophet.

They absolutly adored each other and both of them were great examples of how we should demonstrate love one another in marriage.
She told of a story how when she was in a library in California she was approached by a woman who asked her if she was saved. She said that after thinking about it for a second her response was, "I'm working on it." Mrs. Kimball urged the students of Ricks College to live faithful lives every day because a person is never assured of being saved. She said each day strive to make one step forward because life is not an easy road. Nothing worthwhile comes free.
