I agree that it is the responsibility of a woman to dress herself but I never truly understood is why they are sometimes blamed for the impure thoughts of young men or men. Regardless how a women dress, it is the responsibility of the opposite sex to ensure they don't entertain those thoughts regardless of how the lady chooses to wear.
