Supergirl
Have you ever wondered why Supergirl never matured into 'Superwoman'? Probably because there is already another Comic Character that has the same name?
Supergirl - Not Superwoman (Hover)
He did, in the early 80s.
There was a double issue of Superman called "The Turnabout Trap," Where a Curt Swan drawn Supes returns to earth "...after a mission in space..." And finds that the whole world has gone AC/DC. In other words, Wonder Woman is replaced by Wonder Warrior, Supergirl by Superboy (Who frankly would be arrested nowadays for wearing that get-up) and "Superwoman" Had replaced Superman.
Typical 80's kitch, but it was always a character I wanted to explore in an Role-playing Game at some stage. What was interesting, despite the naffness was Superwoman was a definite Wonder Woman archetype, and not a goody-two shoes like the "Real" Superman.
In answer to the question - it was a draw between them.
