From what I've researched certain cyber crimes up to Class D (Using a computer without permission) can get you straight to county jail with a possibility of having a year in there along with a $2000 fine. A class C crime (Invasion of computer privacy) can get you to jail with up to 5 years in prison and $5000 crime!
